Meet the Team
Meet FQS team, a passionate group that are committed to offering a high level of expertise and know how to our customers.
As Managing Director of FQS, is an active QP and RP on many Irish MIAs (Manufacturers and Importers Authorisations) and WDAs (Wholesale distribution Authorisations) for both local and global companies. Irene is a Certified Aviation Security Instructor (CIN 146) and conducts training and consultation in this area on a regular basis. Irene is actively involved on client projects on a day-to-day basis, and she leads a team of respected pharmaceutical and aviation security experts. In her personal time Irene enjoys the outdoor life with her husband and four kids. She loves horse-riding, walking and gardening.

Carina has managed several Portuguese manufacturing sites for an international pharmaceutical manufacturing company and acted as a Qualified Person and PRRC (Medical Devices). She has considerable experience in project development, technical support, production management as well as quality and regulatory affairs management in pharmaceutical and medical devices areas. Carina is a pharmacist, holds a Masters in Pharmaceutical Sciences, a Master in Management and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from ISCTE Lisbon. In her personal time Carina loves traveling and spending time with her friends and family.

Compliance & GMP Manager / QP / PRRC
Ruairí has over 11 years experience working within legislative environments, including legal and pharmaceutical. Ruairí has spent the last 5 years working within pharmaceutical operations and pharmaceutical wholesale distribution, coming to FQS from the HPRA where he worked as a Good Distribution Inspector auditing wholesale distributors around Ireland. In his spare time Ruairí enjoys spending time with his family while also being a fitness fanatic, rugby obsessive and DIY enthusiast.”

Quality, Regulatory and Validation Officer and Responsible Person
Marion has experience in Operations and HR. With a passion for People & Culture her experience lies in Office Management, Recruitment, HR Administration, Employee Relations, and Software Management Tools. Marion has been responsible for implementing progressive systems and applications, including HR software, communication procedures, project management tools, CRM Systems and automating workflows. More recently she has been gaining exposure in Digital and Social Media Marketing. Her qualifications include a Diploma in Law with Business, Employment Law, Digital & Social Media Marketing along with being a WordPress web designer.
Marion Doyle
Human Resources Manager
Brid has spent over 17 years working in the pharmaceutical industry in Quality Control, Finished product, Raw Materials, Stability, Packaging and Quality Assurance. Brid has extensive experience in quality systems, cGMP, cGDP, Data Review, medicines regulation and pharmacopoeias. Brid started as a Quality Control (QC) analyst, then progressed to become a QC Team Leader and now is currently working in Quality Assurance, Temperature mapping, RP and Aviation Security.

Tina has spent 11 years working in multinational pharmaceutical companies, in Quality Control, Supply Chain and Document Control areas. Tina has also spent 11 years in Quality Department in Wholesale Distribution Activities, including a position as Quality Manager at the company. In her free time, Tina enjoys time with her husband and two children and loves reading, walking and gardening.

Darragh joined FQS in 2022 with 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Darragh graduated from University College Cork with a BSc. (Hons) in Chemistry of Pharmaceutical Compounds and an MSc. in Analysis of Pharmaceutical Compounds. Prior to joining FQS, Darragh has spent the last 8 years working for one of the world’s top pharmaceutical companies, at sites in both Ireland and the UK. Darragh’s experience ranges from Analytical Method Validation, Pharmacopeia and Laboratory Compliance, as well as Operational Quality. Darragh is currently based with a client working in the area of Laboratory Equipment Installation and Validation. In his spare time, Darragh enjoys running, golfing, good food and podcasts.

Aislinn joined the FQS team as a Quality, Regulatory & Validation Officer. Aislinn has qualifications varying from Quality Management and Technology and Polymer Technologies to Business Studies due to her love of learning and continuous improvement. Aislinn’s experience to date includes validation and qualification within the medical device industry. Aislinn was part of the Quality Control and Quality Engineering team in the Medical Device Industry and was involved in commissioning and qualification of equipment and systems, compiling work instructions, SOPs and validation troubleshooting. Aislinn enjoys the outdoors and cycling on the greenway with her family.

Quality, Regulatory & Validation Officer
Brunna is an Industrial Pharmacist with a Bachelor’s in Pharmacy and a background as a Quality Control Analyst. She moved from Brazil to Ireland to become a MSc in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs and has joined FQS in 2021 as Quality/Regulatory and Validation Officer. Recently Brunna attended Cogent Gold Standards trainings for RP and RP for Import, by Pharmacy Consulting LTD (PCL). In her own time, she loves travelling, exploring new cultures and food, finding good coffee shops and enjoying music gigs.
